CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our time is valuable, and we know yours is too. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the missed treatment.

BOOKING ONLINE VIA THE SALONKEE APP:
How to make an appointment if you have never created a profile on Salonkee before:

- Go to the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone.   
- Download the 'Salonkee' app.   
- Tap 'Log in' and create a profile using one of the following options: email address, Google Account, Apple Account, or Facebook.    
- Tap 'Search' and type in the name of our salon. Select your desired service and date, then book your appointment. You will receive a confirmation by email.
- Tap 'Bookings' to view your upcoming and past appointments.

Already have a Salonkee profile but haven't downloaded the app yet?
Tap 'Log in', enter your email address and password, or choose to log in via the Google, Apple ID, or Facebook account linked to your existing Salonkee profile.
