Welcome to the new booking page.

How can you book an appointment? -> Click on “Show more”

1. Registration (one-time)
Register as a customer at the top right via “LOGIN” with your e-mail address (choose an easy password). 
Every customer can register with their mobile phone number and e-mail address. 
An e-mail address is personal and can only be used for one customer. 
You will then receive a PIN code to confirm your registration. 
When entering the PIN code (4 digits), make sure you are on the far left.

2. Booking an appointment
Once you have logged in, you can select the service you require. 
Then click on the photo of the employee you want and select/confirm the date of your appointment. 
You will immediately receive a confirmation email at the email address you used when registering. 
Check at the top right under “MY PROFILE” to see if your appointment has been registered correctly.

3. Benefits
On this booking page, you can always check when your next appointment is scheduled at the top right under “MY PROFILE”.  
You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. Are you unable to attend your appointment? 
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, you must inform the salon by telephone.

4. Salonkee app
To make booking even easier, you can download the app from the Apple Store or PlayStore. Add your favourite salon to your app and you can easily view all your appointments.
