Dear customer, welcome to the new booking page of COSY BEAUTY.

With this online tool, you can easily manage your appointments. You can make, view, reschedule, and cancel appointments. If you don't have a profile on Salonkee yet this is your first step. Follow the steps below to create your profile. Note: use the same email address and phone number known in the salon. This way, your profile will be linked to your existing customer file.

1. Go to www.salonkee.be. Press the 'Login' button at the top on the right and click on 'No account yet? Click here to register'. Creating an account is easy via Facebook or an email address. Don’t forget to opt in to receive the newsletter. This is important to receive any information about your treatment.
2. Select the service you want. The system will then show you the first available date.
3. You will now come to the 'Review your reservation' page. Here you can also add a note.
4. Confirm the reservation.
5. Your reservation is now confirmed. Below this section, you will see the 'Go to your profile' button. By clicking this, you will be directed to your own Salonkee profile, where you can check the details of your appointment. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email. Additionally, you will receive a reminder SMS 24 hours before the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
* You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the appointment.
* Cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment: We reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked appointment.
* No show: We reserve the right to charge 100% of the booked appointment.
