Intuitive Relaxation Massage
A highly personalized therapeutic massage.
Before the massage, we'll discuss where you're experiencing the most tension in your body at that moment, as well as the desired pressure intensity (soft, medium, or firm). The massage is completely tailored to your needs.
During this therapeutic massage, various massage techniques are used intuitively. The characteristic effleurage and circular massage movements are alternated with friction and kneading of muscles, using movements of varying pressure intensity. Special attention is paid to energy pathways and pressure points throughout the body to stimulate your self-healing capacity. All this is done with warmth, based on intuition and feeling, with the necessary attention and respect aimed at complete relaxation of body and mind.
You will be brought back to peace and simplicity. Warm touch and attuned movements invite you to release tension, soothe pain, and sink deeper into your body. Your breath deepens, your mind quiets, and you come home to yourself.Abdominal Massage
An abdominal massage is a gentle massage of the abdominal area, aimed at relaxing and loosening the abdominal muscles and stimulating digestion. It can help with various complaints, such as constipation, bloating, and digestive problems, as well as reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Gentle to firm strokes are applied to the abdominal area.Head Massage
This massage focuses on the scalp, face, and neck.
A head massage can help improve various physical and mental health issues.
Besides promoting relaxation and stress relief, this massage can also help to:
- Improve blood and lymphatic circulation throughout the body
- Relieve tension in the head, neck, and shoulders
- Combat fatigue and low mood
- Relieve tension headaches and migraines
- Promote a good night's sleep and combat insomnia
It's important to know that you may feel a little tired or lightheaded immediately after the treatment.
This should subside fairly quickly, but please be mindful if you're driving to your appointment. You should avoid alcohol for at least five hours before the treatment.
As with most spa treatments or massages, a head massage isn't suitable for everyone. Avoid this treatment in particular if you:

- have had a thrombosis or embolism
- have spondylitis or spondylosis
As always, it is important to inform us beforehand if you have any underlying medical conditions, especially if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease, or if you are undergoing cancer treatment.
