SoniaPremière fois chez Yoroshe pour un diagnostic capillaire. Accueil, ambiance et conseils appropriés. Achat des produits recommandés aussi. Le résultat final à voir, du coup, plus tard.

j'ai été très bien accueilli par Aude, le cadre de l'institut est très jolie et lumineux. Je suis arrivée avec 35min de retard parce que le GPS ne m'a pas guidé au bon endroit mais nous avons tout de même pu faire la séance de diagnostic tranquillement. j'ai été agréablement surprise par le diagostic car je m'attendais à vraiment pire. Aude était vraiment chaleureuse, elle m'a mise à l'aise et m'a rassurée sur les bons gestes à adopter pour avoir un cuir chevelu et des cheveux sains. j'ai beaucoup aimé son histoire et parcours du métier qu'elle fait en collaboration avec un médecin. j'ai hâte d'y retourner pour le suivi ^^
