Due to my pregnancy I will be on maternity leave from May until (mid) September. Until then, I provide the very last available places in the agenda for current customers. Until I return after maternity leave there is a temporary customer stop. I apologise for the inconvenience!

How to book your appointment:
1. Click "Login" in the top right corner and register as a customer via Facebook or email address.

2. Select your dog's breed or the service you'd like to book, and you'll be shown the availabilities in the agenda. If you need help selecting the right service or you're not sure what breed your dog is, please feel free to contact Sophie at +32 (0)475 40 58 81. If she cannot pick up, please send a text message (or Whatsapp) instead!

3. Once your appointment has been booked you will receive confirmation in your e-mail. You can check your appointments under "My Profile" in the top right corner, make changes or cancel your appointments. PLEASE NOTE: You are reminded of your appointment 48 hours beforehand. Changing your appointment can be done free of charge up until 24 hours beforehand.
If you change or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours beforehand, you may be charged 20% your original appointment's cost. If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours beforhand you may be charged 50% your original appointment's cost and no-shows without any communication whatsoever will be charged the full amount.
This out of respect for me and other customers who could have booked that time slot in your stead.

De comfort en gezondheid van uw hond staan altijd centraal in mijn beslissingen bij een vachtverzorging, maar ik hecht ook belang aan het onderhoud voor baasje realistisch houden.
Indien uw hond ernstig geklit is, kan er geen perfecte verzorging gebeuren. Indien uw volwassen hond nooit gewend is geweest aan een bad, nagelknippen of zelfs borstelen, kan er geen perfecte verzorging gebeuren. Dat kan zijn omdat u uw hond op latere leeftijd heeft geadopteerd, omdat de vachtverzorging die uw hond nodig heeft werd onderschat, of simpelweg omdat het dagelijks onderhoud teveel van uw tijd opeist om het voldoende te onderhouden. We kunnen in ieder geval een alternatieve route samen bespreken.

Mijn doel is om samen met u te bekijken wat haalbaar is qua onderhoud en, waar van toepassing, het resultaat van een afspraak hierop aan te passen zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit. Ik werk hard aan een goede verstandhouding en vertrouwen met u en uw hond. Communicatie is daarom essentieel bij Trimhuis Brugge en ik doe mijn uiterste best om aan uw verwachtingen te voldoen. Waar ik denk dat iets misschien niet mogelijk is, zal ik daar altijd eerlijk met u over praten en u adviseren wat de beste oplossing is voor uw hond, en voor u!

Lola wordt super goed en lief ontvangen. Ze is prachtig na haar trimbeurt en ruikt heerlijk. Ook zijzelf was zeer vrolijk, happy dog, happy baasje 🫶
