How to book an appointment:
(Existing customers only.)

1. Register/Log in at the top via "Login". If you're creating an account, use the phone number provided to me during your first appointment.
2. Select the desired service(s) and preferred date and time. Where possible, please help keep my schedule efficient, and select 13:30 instead of 14:00, thank you!
You can always consult, change or cancel your next appointment via "My Profile".

Our cancellation policy:
Cancellations/changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. This either via your Salonkee account, or via text message or phone call. Social Media DM's are NOT excepted!
- If you change or cancel less than 24 hours beforehand; 25% of the originally scheduled time will be charged to your card used to book the appointment.
- If you change or cancel less than 12 hours beforehand; 50% of the originally scheduled time will be charged to your card used to book the appointment.
- If you change or cancel less than 2 hours beforehand; 75% of the originally scheduled time will be charged to your card used to book the appointment.
- If you are not present at the time of your appointment without any notice (no-show), 100% of the originally scheduled time will be charged to your card used to book the appointment.
- If you are 20 minutes late to drop off your dog without any notification, this will also be considered as no-show.
- If for whatever reason you no-show a second time, I will unfortunately be left with no other option than to remove you from my customer base.

This out of respect for my time and that of other customers -who could have booked this time with me.

Description

Your dog's comfort and health are always central to my decisions regarding coat care, but I also attach importance to keeping maintenance realistic for the owner.
If your dog is severely matted, perfect results cannot be achieved. If your adult dog has never been introduced to a bath, nail clipping or even brushing, perfect grooming cannot be achieved. This may be because you adopted your dog at a later age, because the coat care your dog needs was underestimated, or simply because the daily maintenance takes up too much of your time to maintain it sufficiently. In any case, we can discuss an alternative route together.

My goal is to work with you to see what is feasible in terms of maintenance and, where applicable, to adjust the result of an appointment accordingly without sacrificing quality. I work hard to build a good relationship and trust with you and your dog. Communication is therefore essential at Trimhuis Brugge and I do my utmost to meet your expectations. Where I think something may not be possible, I will always talk honestly with you about it and advise you what the best solution is for your dog, and for you!

De beste reclame voor Sophie is onze hond, Lou, zelf: Haar lichaamstaal spreekt boekdelen. Ik zie aan Lou dat ze Sophie vertrouwt. Ze voelt zich goed bij haar en bovendien ziet ze er geweldig uit na de knipbeurt! Sophie is een toppertje!
