How to book an appointment?
Please note: available for existing clients only!

1. Log in or register via “Inloggen” (top right). Use the same phone number you’ve provided before.

2. Select your desired service, date, and time.
Tip: Please book 1:30 PM instead of 2:00 PM, as my lunch break ends at 1:30 PM.

You can always view, reschedule, or cancel your appointment via “My Profile.”

Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment:

Up to 24 hours in advance: free rescheduling or cancellation (via “My Profile,” phone call, or SMS).
⚠️ Messages via Facebook or Instagram are not accepted.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment:
• Less than 24 hours: 25% of the booked time will be charged.
• Less than 12 hours: 50% will be charged.
• Less than 2 hours: 75% will be charged.
• No-show (not showing up without notice): 100% will be charged.

Being late:

• If you are 20 minutes late without notice, it will also count as a no-show and your appointment
cannot go ahead.
• After 2 no-shows, unfortunately, you will be removed from the client list, out of respect for my time
and for other clients who would have liked to book that spot.

Description

Your dog's comfort and health are always central to my decisions regarding coat care, but I also attach importance to keeping maintenance realistic for the owner.
If your dog is severely matted, perfect results cannot be achieved. If your adult dog has never been introduced to a bath, nail clipping or even brushing, perfect grooming cannot be achieved. This may be because you adopted your dog at a later age, because the coat care your dog needs was underestimated, or simply because the daily maintenance takes up too much of your time to maintain it sufficiently. In any case, we can discuss an alternative route together.

My goal is to work with you to see what is feasible in terms of maintenance and, where applicable, to adjust the result of an appointment accordingly without sacrificing quality. I work hard to build a good relationship and trust with you and your dog. Communication is therefore essential at Trimhuis Brugge and I do my utmost to meet your expectations. Where I think something may not be possible, I will always talk honestly with you about it and advise you what the best solution is for your dog, and for you!

Sophie is zo lief met de hondjes! En het was zelfs in de hitte golf lekker fris in het salon dankzij de airco. Trimhuis Brugge is een aanrader :-)

eerste keer dat Uggs ( bearded collie) bij trimhuis ingepland was, enkel maar goede commentaar te geven, van bij aankomst tot ophalen - resultaat van borstelen en wassen héél goed, meest aangename is de goede aanpak vd hond - ontspannen en aangenaam - doe verder zo
