5️⃣ All appointments must be secured with a valid payment card (no deposit is charged, payment is at the salon)

📌 Cancellation Policy
• More than 72 hours before appointment: Free
• Less than 72 hours before appointment: 25%
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 50%

📌 Please arrive on time. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
📌 For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask to not bring small children or pets.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE INFORM US BEFORE BOOKING IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:

1. Active bacterial, viral or fungal INFECTION anywhere in the body.
2. Currently taking ANTIBIOTICS or having completed antibiotic treatment within the last 10-14 days.
3. Active, healing or recently visible HERPES simplex (cold sore)

General Contraindications:
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Active cancer treatment (chemotherapy/radiotherapy)
• Severe autoimmune diseases
• Uncontrolled diabetes
• Blood clotting disorders
• Use of blood-thinning medication
• Epilepsy (unless approved by your doctor)
• Fever, flu, cold symptoms or feeling unwell
• Keloid or hypertrophic scar tendency
• Active skin inflammation or infection in the treatment area

Additional Contraindications for PERMANENT MAKE UP:
• Skin diseases in the treatment area (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis)
• Recent Botox, fillers or aesthetic procedures in the treatment area
• Chemical peels, microneedling or laser treatments within the last 4 weeks
• Recent sunburn
• Accutane / Isotretinoin use within the last 12 months
• Previous permanent makeup that may require assessment before treatment

Additional Contraindications for LASER HAIR REMOVAL:
• Sun exposure or tanning within the last week (for areas like legs, hands, back, face)
• Self-tanning products within the last week
• Photosensitising medication
• Open wounds, irritation or burns in the treatment area
• Accutane / Isotretinoin use within the last 6–12 months
