Terms and Conditions – SPOTLIGHT STUDIO
Welcome to Spotlight Studio!
Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
 
1. Appointments:
• Appointments can be made online via link: https://salonkee.be/salon/spotlight-salon-gand?lang=en or in person at the Salon.
• Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.
• Late arrivals: up to 10 min we will do our best to accommodate the original request but this will depend on the agenda of that day. More than 10 min delay may result in reduced service time or cancellation, depending on availability.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• You can reschedule or cancel your own appointment free of charge at the Salonkee up to 48 hours of your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations with less than 3 hours for the appointment will be considered already NO-SHOW and will be charged the full price of the missed service.

3. Payments:
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT and subject to change without notice.

4. Refund Policy:
• We do not offer refunds on completed services.
• If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 3 days, and we will offer to make reasonable adjustments at no extra charge.

5. Nail Guarantee:
• We offer a 5-day guarantee on gel/biab services. If you experience chipping or lifting, please contact us for a complimentary repair.

6. Health & Safety:
• Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service!
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or that of our staff.

7. Personal Belongings
• Please take care of your personal items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

8. Right to Refuse Service
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or posing a risk to the safety and comfort of our staff or other clients.
 
By booking an appointment at Spotlight Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
