Your appointment is very important to us. While we understand unexpected things can happen, late notice or no-shows prevent others from booking or filling your slot. That’s why we’ve adopted the following cancellation policy:

• We understand things come up – please let us know in time so we can help someone else with your reserved slot.
• NO SHOW without notice: 100% will be charged on the day of the appointment.

This policy isn’t meant to be harsh, but it’s necessary.
