	•	Book your next appointment right after checkout to secure the time slots that suit you best.
	•	Fully booked? Join the waiting list – you’ll automatically get an email if a spot opens up!
	•	Use the confirmation email to easily add your appointment to your calendar – that way, you’ll never miss it.

Your appointment is very important to us. While we understand unexpected things can happen, late notice or no-shows prevent others from booking or filling your slot. That’s why we’ve adopted the following cancellation policy:

• We understand things come up – please let us know in time so we can help someone else with your reserved slot.
• NO SHOW without notice: 100% will be charged on the day of the appointment.

This policy isn’t meant to be harsh, but it’s necessary.
