Book your treatment at the following hours:
9:00 - 10:30 - 12:30 - 14:00 - 15:30 - 17:00

No treatment for: nail biters, sick nails, individuals under 16 years old.

First Appointment: If you are a first-time customer with us, we kindly ask you to send photos of your nails in advance via [sms, email]. This helps us plan the right treatment for you and provide you with the best possible service.

Nail Art Bookings: For nail art requests, this service must always be booked in addition to your treatment. This is to ensure that there is enough time for it during the appointment. For reassurance, please send us a photo of the nail art you desire in advance so we can discuss the possibilities.

Appointments and Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure smooth service. We understand that delays happen, but we will do our best to keep everyone on schedule. If you are running late, please give us a call so we can assess the options for your appointment.

Cancellations and Changes: If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate others. If not canceled within 24 hours before the appointment, half of the cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged. No-shows are required to pay the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

Adjustments and Complaints: If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please let us know before you leave so we can make any necessary adjustments.

Payment: We accept cash and payment via Payconiq. Payment is due after the treatment.
