How to book an appointment? -> Click on ‘Show more’

1. Registration (one-time)
Register as a customer at the top right via ‘LOGIN’ with your email address (choose an easy password). 
Every customer can register with their cell phone number and email address. 
An email address is personal and can only be used for one customer. 
You will then receive a PIN code to confirm your registration. 
When entering the PIN code (4 digits), make sure you are on the far left.

2. Booking an appointment
Once you have logged in, you can select the service you require. 
Then click on the photo of the desired employee and select/confirm the date of your appointment. 
You will immediately receive a confirmation email at the email address you used when registering. 
Check at the top right under ‘MY PROFILE’ to see if your appointment has been registered correctly.

3. Benefits
On this booking page, you can always check when your next appointment is scheduled at the top right under ‘MY PROFILE’.  
You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. Are you unable to attend your appointment? 
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that, additional costs will be charged.

4. Salonkee app
To make booking even easier, you can download the app from the Apple Store or the PlayStore. Add your favorite salon to your app and you can easily manage all your appointments.
