ADDRESS:

PARKING & ACCESS:
- In the neighborhood, there are several paid parking spaces as well as blue zone (disk required) parking in front of the institute.
- Several public transport options are available, including Tram and Metro Stockel (then a 2-minute walk) OR Bus stop: Potaarde

LATENESS & CANCELLATION:
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness; beyond this, we may have to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation.
- Missed appointments (late cancellation, no-show, etc.) will be fully charged.
- We reserve the right to refuse further appointments in cases of repeated no-shows or disregard of these guidelines.

PAYMENT:
Payment can be made in cash (a bank is available 10m from the institute) or via Payconiq (banking app).
