Nous tenons à vous informer de notre politique de paiement concernant les rendez-vous à notre institut. Nous comprenons que des imprévus peuvent survenir et qu'il peut être nécessaire d'annuler ou de reporter un rendez-vous. Cependant, nous souhaitons également garantir le respect de notre emploi du temps et de notre personnel.
Notre politique est la suivante: un rendez-vous annulé jusqu'à 48h avant celui-ci est annulé sans frais, un rendez-vous annulé 24h et 12h avant celui-ci est dû à 50% et enfin, un rendez-vous annulé le jour même ou auquel on ne se présente pas est dû à 100%.

C'est pourquoi nous avons mis en place une politique de paiement qui consiste à débiter votre carte de crédit lors de la réservation d'un rendez-vous. Cependant, soyez assuré que le montant ne sera prélevé que si le rendez-vous n'est pas honoré ou si vous ne respectez pas notre politique d'annulation.

Si vous vous présentez à votre rendez-vous à l'institut comme convenu, le paiement peut être effectué après votre rendez-vous, que ce soit en carte de crédit ou en espèces. Nous souhaitons ainsi vous offrir une flexibilité de paiement et une tranquillité d'esprit.
