How to book an appointment? -> Click on 'Show more

1. Registration (once only)
Register as a customer at the top right via 'LOGIN' with your e-mail address (choose an easy password). 
Every customer can register with his/her mobile phone number and e-mail address. 
An e-mail address is personal and can only be used for one customer. 
You will then receive a PIN to confirm your registration. 
When typing the pin code (4 digits), make sure you are on the far left.

2. Appointment booking
After you have logged in, you can select the desired service. 
Then click on the photo of the desired staff member and choose/confirm the date of your appointment.
You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you used when you registered. 
Check at the top right on 'MY PROFILE' to make sure your appointment has been properly registered.

3. Advantages
On this booking page, you can always see when your next appointment is scheduled.  
You will receive a reminder e-mail 24 hours before your appointment. Are you unable to keep your appointment? 
Then you can cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 48 hours in advance. Do you cancel within 48 hours? Then our cancellation policy will be enforced.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for choosing La Alina Beauté for your lashes&brows needs. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we have established the following deposit and cancellation policy:

1. Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

2. Booking Confirmation:

Your appointment is considered confirmed once the deposit is received.

3. Cancellation:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48h in advance.
Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will allow for the transfer of your deposit to a future appointment.

4. Late Cancellations/No-Shows:

Cancellations made within less then 48h of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a forfeit of the deposit.
No-shows (clients who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice) and last minute cancelations ( less then 12h ) will be required to pay the treatment booked in full.

5. Rescheduling:

Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointments within the cancellation timeframe without losing their deposit.
Rescheduling requests made outside of the cancellation timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Refund Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, except for situations where La Alina Beauté needs to cancel the appointment.

7. Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of La Alina Beauté in extenuating circumstances.
By booking an appointment withLa Alina Beauté , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our deposit and cancellation policy.
