Soyez rassurés, l'équipe Sveltech est très attentive à votre bien-être avec ou sans le covid-19; nous désinfectons correctement nos surfaces de travail ainsi que nos mains et nous respectons toutes les autres mesures sanitaires imposées du gouvernement.
Nous vous recommandons également d'augmenter votre consommation en vitamine D, en Zinc et d'avoir une alimentation équilibré à dominance végétale sans pour autant vous privé en protéines. De l'exercice physique, un bon sommeil réparateur, une vision positive et d'agréable balade en plein air car quand la peur vous submerge il est conseillé de respirer pleinement à travers tout notre corps.
