ANNULATIE POLICY: 
U kan kosteloos tot 48 uur uw afspraak verzetten of annuleren. Bij laattijdige annulatie binnen 48 uur zal 50% van de behandeling in rekening worden gebracht. Bij no-shows wordt 100% van de behandeling aangerekend.
 
ONLINE BOEKEN VIA DE SALONKEE APP:
Hoe maak je een afspraak indien je nog nooit een profiel op Salonkee hebt aangemaakt? 
 
1.     Ga naar de App Store of Play Store op je smartphone.
2.     Download de app ‘Salonkee’.
3.     Druk op ‘Inloggen’ en maak een profiel aan via de volgende opties: e-mailadres, Google Account, Apple Account of Facebook.
4.     Druk op ‘Zoeken’ en tik de naam van ons salon in. Kies je gewenste dienst en datum en boek je afspraak. Je ontvangt een bevestiging per mail.
5.     Druk op ‘Boeking’ en vind daar je volgende en eerdere boekingen.
 
Heb je wel al een profiel op Salonkee, maar heb je de app nog niet gedownload? 
Druk op ‘Inloggen’, voer het e-mailadres en wachtwoord in waarmee je reeds een Salonkee account hebt.
