Dear Client,
Due to the number of late cancellations or the number of customers who do not show up at the salon for their appointments, we were forced to put a compensation policy in place.
If canceled 24 hours before your hairdressing service, you will not be charged anything.
In the event of cancellation 12 hours before your hairdressing service, you will be charged 50% of your initial service.
In the event of cancellation less than 12 hours before your hairdressing service, you will be billed for the entire scheduled service.
