CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our time is valuable, and yours undoubtedly is too. From now on, we work with a card-on-file system. For all services that can be booked online, you will need to link your bank card or Visa card once.
Note: If you link your Bancontact card, a €1 charge will appear for 24 hours. This amount will be automatically refunded after 24 hours. This is the only way our system can verify that your card is valid.
You will still pay for your treatment in full at the salon.

Please read our cancellation policy carefully while booking. You will also find it at the bottom of your confirmation email.

BOOKING ONLINE VIA THE SALONKEE APP:

How to make an appointment if you’ve never created a profile on Salonkee before:

1)Go to the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone.
2) Download the app ‘Salonkee’.
3) Tap ‘Log in’ and create a profile using one of the following options: email address, Google Account, Apple Account, or Facebook.
4) Tap ‘Search’, enter the name of our salon, choose your preferred service and date, and book your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email.
5) Tap ‘Booking’ to view your upcoming and past appointments.

If you already have a Salonkee profile but haven’t downloaded the app yet:
Simply tap ‘Log in’, and enter the email address and password linked to your existing Salonkee account.
