ANNULATIE POLICY: 
Onze tijd is waardevol en die van jou ongetwijfeld ook. Vanaf nu werken we met card-on-file en zal je voor alle online boekbare diensten je bankkaart of visakaart éénmalig moeten koppelen. Opgelet: indien je je Bancontact kaart koppelt, zal er €1 gedurende 24 uur worden aangerekend. Deze wordt na 24 uur automatisch teruggestort. Dit is de enige manier dat ons systeem kan verifiëren of je bankkaart geldig is. Je betaalt nog steeds je volledige behandeling in het salon.
Lees tijdens het boeken goed wat ons annulatiebeleid is. Dit zal je ook onderaan je bevestigingsmail terugvinden.
 
ONLINE BOEKEN VIA DE SALONKEE APP:
Hoe maak je een afspraak indien je nog nooit een profiel op Salonkee hebt aangemaakt? 
 
1.     Ga naar de App Store of Play Store op je smartphone.
2.     Download de app ‘Salonkee’.
3.     Druk op ‘Inloggen’ en maak een profiel aan via de volgende opties: e-mailadres, Google Account, Apple Account of Facebook.
4.     Druk op ‘Zoeken’ en tik de naam van ons salon in. Kies je gewenste dienst en datum en boek je afspraak. Je ontvangt een bevestiging per mail.
5.     Druk op ‘Boeking’ en vind daar je volgende en eerdere boekingen.
 
Heb je wel al een profiel op Salonkee, maar heb je de app nog niet gedownload? 
Druk op ‘Inloggen’, voer het e-mailadres en wachtwoord in waarmee je reeds een Salonkee account hebt.
