Appointments with Sammy are only available via phone reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

🔹 Booking Security
When booking online, entering your credit card details is simply a guarantee: no amount will be charged in advance. You can pay as usual in the institute (card, cash, or gift voucher). This security measure helps us prevent missed appointments.

🔹 Cancellation Policy
Due to frequent last-minute cancellations, we have implemented a strict policy: any appointment canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed will be charged 50% of its value. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting these guidelines.
