CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our time is valuable, and we are sure yours is too. From now on, we work with a card-on-file system. For all online bookable services, you will need to link your debit or credit card once. Please note: If you link your Bancontact card, a temporary charge of €1 will be made. This amount will be automatically refunded after 24 hours. This is the only way our system can verify if your card is valid. You will still pay the full amount for your treatment at the salon.
Please make sure to read our cancellation policy carefully while booking. You can also find it at the bottom of your confirmation email.

* Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the appointment.
* Late cancellation: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
* No-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

HOW TO BOOK ONLINE VIA THE SALONKEE APP:
How to make an appointment if you haven't created a Salonkee profile yet:

   1.   Go to the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone.  
   2.   Download the 'Salonkee' app.  
   3.   Tap 'Log in' and create a profile using one of the following options: email address, Google Account, Apple Account, or Facebook.  
   4.   Tap 'Search' and type in the name of our salon. Choose your desired service and date, and book your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email.
   5.   Tap 'Bookings' to view your upcoming and past appointments.
   6.   Already have a Salonkee profile, but haven't downloaded the app yet?
  
Tap 'Log in', enter your email address and password, or log in via Google, Apple ID, or Facebook associated with your existing Salonkee account.

Als klant vanaf de eerste dag , erveer nog steeds een perfectede massage ,alles heen netjes verzorgd en teeds verse handdoeken iets wat bij veel kleinere zaken men nietzo nouw neemt.
